At least 3 years of experience in the garments or textile industry
Experience in developing and researching new woven fabric constructions
Ability to analyze buyer requirements and support the development of new fabric samples
Knowledge of global fabric trends, styles, and technologies
Experience working with quality and lab teams to ensure fabric meets parameters.
