Executive- Quality (Knit Garments)

Take overall responsibility for quality control activities on the assigned production floor.

Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, inline, end-line and final inspection processes.

Ensure production is carried out according to approved sample, specification, measurement, workmanship and buyer quality standards.

Lead and guide Quality Inspectors, Inline QC and End-Line QC teams.

Monitor quality performance and identify recurring defects on the production floor.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure timely identification and rectification of defects to minimize rework, rejection and alteration.

Coordinate closely with Production, IE, Merchandising and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues.

Monitor DHU, RFT, defect rate, alteration and rejection and take necessary improvement actions.

Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure proper quality checkpoints are maintained.

Ensure compliance with AQL and buyer-specific quality requirements.

Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and communicate major quality issues to management.

Follow up on corrective actions and ensure sustainable improvement.

Support buyer, third-party and internal quality inspections.

Maintain discipline, teamwork and effective communication within the quality team.
