Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized university.
Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) will be preferred.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Production, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
Basic understanding of production documentation and batch records.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, if required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in pharmaceutical production activities in accordance with approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Operate and monitor production equipment under appropriate supervision and ensure proper operation as per established procedures.
Follow GMP, safety and housekeeping requirements within the production area.
Perform In-Process Checks (IPC) and promptly report any abnormalities or deviations to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records, logbooks and other production-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Support line clearance and changeover activities as per approved procedures.
Coordinate with QA, QC and Engineering departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Follow proper material handling, dispensing and transfer procedures.
Ensure production activities are performed according to approved procedures, quality standards and production schedules.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper environmental conditions in the production area.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
