Requirements

Education

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline

CA (CC) / CMA (Part-qualified) candidates will have an added advantage

Experience

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Additional Requirements

Age 18 to 40 years

Strong knowledge of Provident Fund accounting and payroll management.
Knowledge of Salary Tax / TDS and statutory compliance.
Strong skills in Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
Experience with Tally/ERP and Payroll software.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain Accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines while handling sensitive employee and financial information.

Responsibilities & Context

Properly manage and maintain the company’s Provident Fund (PF) activities and accounts.
Prepare and reconcile Monthly Employee and Employer PF contributions.
Maintain Employee-wise PF ledgers, statements, and contribution records.
Calculate PF interest and prepare Annual PF statements.
Ensure proper Reconciliation of PF contributions with payroll records.
Perform Monthly bank reconciliation of the PF Bank Account with the PF ledger.
Complete PF-related calculations and documentation during Employee joining, resignation, and final settlement.
Prepare necessary Statements and reports for PF Committee meetings.
Prepare PF-related Documents and schedules for Income Tax, Audit, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Maintain PF and payroll-related entries and records in Tally/ERP/Payroll software.
Prepare PF, Payroll, and employee-related financial reports as required by management.
Provide necessary Information and supporting documents during Internal and External Audits.
