Showroom Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and understand their product needs.
Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Sales Target & Performance
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
Promote products and upsell where possible.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor products and market trends.
Showroom Operations Management
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually attractive.
Arrange product displays according to company guidelines.
Supervise stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse.
Maintain proper inventory records.
Administrative & Documentation Work
Prepare invoices, sales orders, and delivery documents.
Maintain customer records and sales database.
Assist in preparing financial and operational reports.
Coordinate with head office for product supply and updates.
Team Coordination
Work closely with showroom staff and sales team.
Support showroom manager in daily operations.
Train or guide junior sales staff when required.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Assist in promotional campaigns and special offers.
Inform customers about new products and discounts.
Support showroom events, exhibitions, or product launches.
