Job Placement Program Management
- Manage Job placement batches, including interview coordination, performance evaluation, CV preparation, candidate shortlisting, and optimization of BDJobs and LinkedIn profiles.
Placement Batch Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and run job placement batches every two months.
- Monitor candidate progress, placement status, and provide interview guidance and career counseling.
Corporate & Industry Engagement
- Organize and conduct corporate visits with vendors, ISPs, IIGs, enterprise solution providers, network vendors, groups of companies, software firms, and multinational corporations.
MoU & Strategic Collaboration
- Coordinate with your supervisor and arrange 2/3 office visits every week.
- Initiate discussions and execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with corporate and institutional partners.
Industry & Professional Body Coordination
- Maintain communication and agreements with industry and professional organizations (e.g., ICT bodies, training authorities, and sector associations).
Academic Institution Engagement
- Liaise with CSE/IT departments of universities and polytechnic institutes to organize workshops, seminars, and internship programs.
- Expert in corporate marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Corporate Training & Business Development
- Prepare corporate training proposals, presentations, tenders, and RFQ submissions.
- Track submissions and ensure regular follow-up and performance observation.
Legal & Compliance Documentation
- Collect, update, and maintain all required legal and compliance documents, including trade license, TIN, BIN, NID, Tax certificates, Bank solvency, Company profile, Trainer CVs, Employee CVs, and document authorizations.
Placement Monitoring & Support
- Monitor placed and pending candidates, manage placement queues, collect interview feedback and questions, and support interview preparation.
Bootcamp & Vendor Programs
- Organize monthly free or paid bootcamps in collaboration with reputed technology vendors and solution providers.
Diploma & Industrial Training Programs
- Coordinate Diploma industrial training initiatives.
- Execute marketing MoUs with Diploma institutes and Universities.
- Facilitate Job placement opportunities with higher-tier companies.
