Executive - Marketing And Sales

Job Context : Maxinary Tech International, a leading machine supplier in Bangladesh for leather/ synthetic footwear and leather/synthetic goods manufacturing, is looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence across the country.

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the leather/synthetic footwear and goods manufacturing sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell company machinery through visits, calls, and live demonstrations.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and new customer segments.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and technical team on stock and after-sales support.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
