As Manager B2B Lead Strategy & Management (m/f/d), you own SIXT's end-to-end B2B lead lifecycle: capture, enrichment, qualification, and routing into the right conversion path, whether that is digital self-serve booking and account creation, Telesales, Key Account Management, or Global Account Management.

You sit where Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations meet, and you build the automations and AI workflows that get leads to the right sales team. The role combines sales strategy thinking with a real appetite for detail, because every customer segment deserves its own best journey, and that is what keeps it varied. • You own the B2B lead lifecycle end to end, from generation to conversion, defining the segmentation, the lead scoring model, decision rules, and handover criteria
• You build automations that apply those rules at scale, with AI on top, in a system that keeps learning and updating instead of standing still
• You design and implement workflows for automated lead qualification, informed by frameworks such as BANT/CHAMP/MEDDIC, so manual triage goes down
• You develop and own the KPIs and pipeline health metrics, close the loop with sales performance data, and report lead-to-qualified conversion, time to first touch, conversion rates, and expected revenue to marketing and sales leadership
• You shape the tooling behind the lead process, working with our product and data teams to find and remove automation blockers, including evaluating and integrating lead enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo
• You work cross-functionally with Telesales, KAM, and GAM to define handoff SLAs, qualification criteria, and feedback loops, where influence and getting stakeholders on board are core to the role
