✔ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
✔ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, email, and internet connectivity issues.
✔ Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
✔ Install, update, and maintain operating systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
✔ Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
