Responsibilities & Context

Institutional Account Development: Identify, develop, and manage institutional accounts of corporate offices, factories, educational institutions, and NGOs for the full ACI Hygiene product portfolio.
Garments (RMG) Sales: Drive sales of hygiene products into garments/RMG factories by engaging admin, compliance, and welfare/HR departments.
Hospital & Healthcare Sales: Develop and service hospital, clinic, and diagnostic-center accounts for hygiene products, coordinating with procurement and facility management teams.
Tender Sales Management: Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender documents and bids for government and large institutional procurement, ensuring compliance with tender terms and timelines.
Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets across all institutional channels in the designated territory.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with procurement heads, admin managers, and purchase committees to secure repeat and referral business.
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits, track competitor activity and pricing, and identify new institutional business opportunities within the territory.
Order & Delivery Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, coordinate with supply chain for on-time delivery, and manage after-sales service and complaint resolution.
Receivables & Credit Control: Manage collections against outstanding receivables and ensure all sales activity adheres to company credit policy and approval limits.
Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and pipeline; submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates to the Area Sales Manager.
