Execute line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.

Allocate critical processes/operators to the line in advance of production start.

Ensure machine pre-setup for upcoming critical processes and follow up on execution.

Collect and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT) and Quick Changeover (QCO) data, and conduct follow-up for improvement.

Support sewing skill up gradation, workstation design, and waste management initiatives.
