Executive - HR & Admin

Location: Rupganj, Narayanganj (Need to stay inside the factory premise)

Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead the HR, Administrative activities.
• Develop, upgrade and implement HR and Administration Policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company.
• Organizing & maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data and updating any previous employees' data.
• Updating internal databases like all leave records.
• Ensure counseling on disciplinary issues.
• Prepare various HR documents including employment contracts, compensation list and more.
• Grievance handling & disciplinary action.
• Follow up employee/labor relation / legal affairs work and other HR activities.
• Preparation and circulation of official/ managerial order/note/memo & circular with regards to HR and Admin.
• Ensure healthy workplace, safety, and environment.
• Maintain all kinds of record-keeping registers.
• Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management.
