Manage day-to-day HR & Admin operations.
Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related HRIS activities.
Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting.
Handle general administrative activities and office coordination.
Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management.
Work directly with the Managing Director on assigned HR & administrative matters.
Ensure confidentiality, discipline, and professional HR practices within the organization.
