Executive - Front Desk

SGL Lab Bangladesh Ltd. is a premier diamond testing and certification laboratory. We are looking for an energetic, welcoming, and presentable professional to manage our front desk operations, handle customer interactions, and assist with local marketing and client outreach initiatives.

Front Desk & Reception Operations:

• Welcome incoming clients, jewellers, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Receive gemstone/diamond samples for testing, log accurate customer information, and manage initial intake forms.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries regarding diamond testing services, delivery timelines, and report verification.
• Coordinate sample handovers between clients and the laboratory technical team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and client area.

Marketing & Client Relations:

• Perform direct sales outreach to local jewellery shops, wholesale diamond traders, and retail outlets to promote SGL Lab’s testing services.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Maintain regular contact with existing B2B clients (jewellers) to build strong business relationships and collect feedback.
• Manage company social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram) by replying to messages, posting updates, and engaging with potential clients.
