B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA in Accounting or Finance.
Candidates with professional accounting qualifications or relevant training will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day financial and accounting transactions of the branch.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, cash book, ledger and other accounting records.
Perform accounts posting, reconciliation and documentation accurately and timely.
Maintain petty cash and monitor daily cash transactions.
Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, reports and management information.
Monitor receivables, payables, expenses and other financial transactions.
Coordinate with Head Office regarding accounts, finance and reporting matters.
Maintain proper records of branch income and expenditure.
Verify supporting documents, bills and invoices before processing.
Maintain and update store/inventory records, including receiving, issuing and stock movement.
Coordinate with the Store/Operations team for physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, issues, transfers and balances.
Perform any other accounts, finance and store-related duties assigned by management.
