Telesales & Lead Conversion

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and parents from primary CRM/lead databases.

• Deliver persuasive, consultative sales presentations explaining course curriculum, fee structures, and learning outcomes.

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly student enrollment targets established by management.

• Nurture leads through scheduled phone follow-ups, resolving objections professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain complete and updated call histories, lead statuses, and conversion notes within the CRM system.

Multi-Channel Communication & Student Engagement

• Respond swiftly to student inquiries across official communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and incoming calls.

• Guide enrolled students through initial onboarding, platform navigation, access to study materials, and mentor schedules.

• Address and escalate admission queries, documentation requests (for scholarships/university prep), and operational bottlenecks to relevant coordinators.

Operational & Data Management

• Log and accurately organise daily outreach metrics, student interactions, and support resolution logs.

• Utilise spreadsheet tools to evaluate sales performance and track follow-up schedules.
