Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, creative, and versatile Female Content Creator Executive to support the university’s marketing, admissions, and communication activities.
The candidate will work both in front of and behind the camera to create engaging content for admissions, academic programs, faculty activities, student life, campus events, promotional campaigns, and university announcements. The role also includes supporting social media management, marketing campaigns, basic lead data organisation, and other assigned marketing or operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform other content creation, student counselling, admission, administrative, and operational duties assigned by university management.
- Create engaging video content for the university as an on-camera presenter.
- Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and behaviour while representing the university.
- Maintain and update lead sheets, contact lists, counselling records, reports, and other admission-related data.
- Prepare basic captions, scripts, notices, documents, and promotional materials when required.
- Support admission campaigns, open days, events, and other student engagement activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain organised records of enquiries and admission leads.
- Provide accurate information and counselling to prospective students regarding programmes, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and application procedures.
- Respond to prospective student enquiries through phone, email, social media, or other approved channels.
- Support social media and digital content planning and execution.
- Present content for new programmes, course launches, admission campaigns, offers, and management-approved initiatives.
- Shoot content related to admissions, academic programmes, student life, events, campus activities, and university announcements.
- Appear confidently in front of the camera for promotional and informational content.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Comfortable managing multiple content, counselling, and admission-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, responsible, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current content trends.
- Good writing skills for captions, scripts, post copies, and promotional content.
- Ability to create simple graphics, posters, thumbnails, and social media creatives.
- Ability to shoot and edit basic promotional videos using mobile or camera.
- Experience creating social media content, especially Reels and short-form videos.
- Ability to understand students’ needs and provide clear, accurate, and helpful information.
- Strong student counselling and customer-service orientation.
- Strong communication, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills in Bangla; English communication ability will be an advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and natural in front of the camera.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using CRM, admission management systems, or lead-tracking tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to speak confidently in both Bangla and English on camera.
- Photography, lighting, interviewing, or event coverage skills.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, admission conversion, campaign reporting, and social media analytics.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, or paid social media campaigns.
- Experience in university, education, admissions, student counselling, events, or youth-focused marketing.
