Shift: Night Shift Only (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
Coordinate and present reports, estimates, and invoices.
Act as a liaison between clients, operations, and vendor teams.
Resolve client issues with timely and professional communication.
Monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
Build, manage, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Assign and follow up on work orders and service completion.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, and turnaround times.
Prepare vendor performance reports and track KPIs.
Resolve vendor-related issues and support negotiations.
