Executive - Call Center / PABX

Position Overview

Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital (AKMMCH) is looking for smart, courteous, responsible, and service-oriented professionals for the position of PABX/Call Centre (Executive).

The selected candidate will be Responsible for operating the PABX/Call Centre and ensuring smooth communication across the Hospital, Diagnostic Centre & University, including handling incoming/outgoing calls, call transfers, inquiries, messages, and providing accurate information to patients, students, visitors, and callers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage PABX/Call Centre operations for Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, and University communication services.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
• Transfer calls to doctors, departments, units, offices, and concerned personnel.
• Provide accurate information regarding Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, and University services, departments, appointments, facilities, and procedures.
• Handle patient, attendant, student, guardian, visitor, and general inquiries courteously.
• Handle emergency and priority calls promptly and communicate with the concerned department/personnel.
• Maintain proper records of calls, messages, and important communications.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted telephone communication across all three institutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, student, staff, and organizational information.
• Follow professional telephone etiquette and institutional communication protocols.
• Report PABX/telephone system problems to the IT/Technical Department.
• Manage high call volumes during peak hours while maintaining service quality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/Supervisor.
