Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential enterprise clients and generate leads through field visits and online platforms

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Internet solutions to corporate clients.

• Drive according to direction whatever the role but business focus.

• Need to act as “key Account Manager”.

• Play the role to fulfill customers requirement by coordinating different departments of COL.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns proactively.

• Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers in businesses.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

• Achieve assigned sales and retention targets.

• Prepare and present sales reports and business growth analysis.
