Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience

At least 3 years

Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in a FMCG company.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

The Executive Brand (Content writer cum Social Media Moderator) will be responsible for developing high-quality written content and managing the organization’s social media presence. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across digital platforms.
Research, plan, and write clear, compelling, and creative content for websites, blogs, social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Create content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Create product descriptions, brand stories, and corporate communication materials.
Write scripts for promotional videos, reels, and digital advertisements when required.
Proven experience in media buying and planning across TV, radio, print, digital, social media, and other relevant channels.
Managed social media moderation across Quasem Industries PLC and its sister concerns official digital platforms, communicated with macro and micro influencers for campaign and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand voice and message.
Edit, proofread, and update existing content to maintain quality and relevance.
Monitor all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) regularly.
Respond to comments, inbox messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback, escalating issues where necessary.
Ensure removal of inappropriate, spam, or harmful content.
Track community engagement trends and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic planning.
