Role Overview

The Executive, Ancillary Sales will be responsible for driving direct sales of Truck Lagbe's ancillary product portfolio, including GPS tracking devices, tyres, lubricants, and other truck accessories. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, generating leads, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets across

the assigned product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets across all assigned product lines: GPS devices, tyres, lubricants, and other truck accessories
• Build and maintain a relationship-driven approach with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat and referral business
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market outreach
• Visit target customer groups (truck owners, fleet operators, transport businesses) to identify sales opportunities and ensure business growth
• Present and promote the full range of Truck Lagbe's ancillary products and services, tailoring pitches to customer needs
• Cross-sell and up-sell complementary products (e.g. pairing GPS subscriptions with tyre or lubricant purchases)
• Devise and present sales ideas, strategies, and territory plans to grow revenue
• Analyze competitor pricing, products, and market activity, and share insights with the sales management team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after- sales support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipeline
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review
