- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and cloud-based collaboration workflows (sharing, version control, commenting).
- Comfortable using digital communication and scheduling tools (video conferencing platforms, calendar booking systems, shared task trackers) to coordinate meetings and virtual events.
- Basic document management and record-keeping skills — ability to organize contracts, correspondence, and reference files for rapid retrieval and audit readiness.
