AIUB seeks experienced, competent, and service-oriented professionals to strengthen the University`s administrative operations. The positions will support institutional coordination, operational efficiency, compliance, facilities and logistics, stakeholder liaison, and quality service delivery across academic and administrative units.
Key Responsibilities:

• All duties associated with the management and control of the assets

• Assistance and control of any service operation that is set by the Management

• The management of the performance of all employees under command staff employed including ensuring adequate training of the duties they are required to perform

• Ensuring strict compliance to all policies and standards set by the Management

• Ensuring the adequate care and maintenance of all buildings and equipment

• Management and reporting on all such areas as determined by the Management

• To assist the Management in formulating policies time to time
