Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial transactions of the factory.
Prepare and maintain VAT-related documents, records, registers and supporting papers.
Prepare VAT Challan, Mushak forms and other VAT-related documents as required.
Maintain purchase, sales and VAT records accurately.
Assist in preparation and submission of VAT returns and related statements.
Verify bills, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accounts records using accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.
Assist in VAT audit, inspection and other regulatory compliance activities.
Coordinate with the Corporate Accounts & VAT team regarding factory accounts and VAT matters.
Perform other accounts and VAT-related duties assigned by management.
