Executive - Accounts & Finance

Job Context

• Looking for a self-motivated Accounts Executive to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of single-handedly handling petty cash, billing, bank work, and financial reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily income and expenses accurately using MS Excel or Accounting Software.
• Petty Cash Management: Handle daily office cash expenses and maintain cash receipts properly.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare customer bills, sales invoices, and debit/credit vouchers.
• Payable & Receivable: Track supplier payments, vendor bills, and collect outstanding dues from clients.
• Bank Reconciliation: Match monthly bank statements with internal accounting books.
• Basic VAT & TAX: Calculate basic TDS/VDS and manage VAT/TAX-related documents.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly expense summaries and cash flow reports for management.
• File & Document Management: Organize and file all vouchers, bills, and financial records systematically.
• Banking Operations: Handle bank deposits, cheque clearing, and regular bank-related duties.
