Next Page Technology Ltd. is a fast-growing software company building enterprise SaaS solutions on a subscription model. Our core products include Nexvat (NBR-enlisted VAT automation and compliance software), Fintrack360 (Accounting & Financial Tracking software), Eduguard360 (School Management Software), and POS solutions for retail and service businesses. As we continue to grow our client base and recurring revenue, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Executive - Accounts & Billing to independently manage our company's billing, receivables, payroll, and core accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Receivable

• Manage invoicing and billing for the company's subscription-based clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients via phone calls to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain up-to-date client ledgers reflecting billing, payments, and outstanding balances.

Core Accounting & Financial Record-Keeping

• Maintain and update daily accounting records, including journals, general ledger, and subsidiary ledgers.
• Record and monitor all company expenses (office expenses, operational costs, utility bills, purchases, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers (payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers) for all financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and cash book.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash for daily office operational expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records for audit and reference purposes.

Payroll & Compliance

• Prepare and process the monthly salary sheet and ensure timely disbursement.
• Maintain and operate the company's accounting software for day-to-day financial record-keeping.
• Prepare basic financial summaries/reports for management as required.

Other

• Perform any other accounts/billing-related tasks as assigned by management.
