The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure the accuracy of accounting in all transactions entered into the system and verify that they are posted prior to the month-end.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to aid management in decision making.
Focus on building strong coordination with all kinds of vendors and keep the reporting clear and up-to-date.
Arrange all necessary documentation concerning bank loans and other official requirements.
Any additional projects assigned by the HoD concerning Accounts and Finance functions.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Perform monthly physical inventory audits.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
