Job Title: ERP Application Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Full-time, Direct W2
We are seeking a ERP Application Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development. The ideal candidate combines strong Workday platform knowledge with practical engineering discipline and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
