Enterprise Technical Account Executive - m/f/d - Spain

You will take Langdock from first conversation to signed contract. Our customers are IT leaders, security teams, and C-Level executives at mid to large companies worldwide. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion across diverse customer segments, from innovative scale-ups and SMBs to established Global Fortune 500 clients.

You'll operate as a trusted technology and AI advisor, combining full ownership of the sales cycle with the technical depth to build real credibility with today's technical buyers - the IT leads, architects, and engineers who now sit at the table alongside business executives in every AI decision. The product sells well, but enterprise deals require someone who can navigate architectural complexity, build trust with both business and technical stakeholders, and close.

• Full-Cycle Sales Mastery: Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead qualification to closing, running technical discovery, solution scoping, and executive presentations that tie Langdock's platform to measurable business outcomes - with a seamless handover to customer success.
• Technical Credibility: Lead early-stage conversations on APIs, integrations, and system architecture directly with IT and engineering stakeholders, translating what Langdock can do at the platform level into business value for economic buyers - without leaning on a Solutions Engineer to carry the technical thread.
• Customer Success Advocacy: Build a deep understanding of customers' business models, decision-making processes, and technology landscapes, and continuously analyze customer needs to enhance their success with our solutions.
• Strategic Revenue Development: Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and customer success to design effective go-to-market strategies, test new markets and customer segments, and explore new revenue sources for future growth.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the ability to align solutions with their needs - and provide customer feedback to Product and Leadership to influence the roadmap.

You Might Be a Fit If…

• You are proficient in AI technologies, with a preference for those who have previously sold AI solutions. In the best case, you have worked as a Sales Engineer or in similar positions.
• You have experience selling technical solutions to medium and large companies, with the ability to translate complex platform concepts into business value for non-technical executives. You're comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles by developing and executing account strategies that carry significant quota.
• You know how to build deep, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, while staying credible with the technical evaluators in the room.
• You're curious and customer-centric, with a talent for understanding customers' challenges and coordinating solution design tailored to their needs.
• You're comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.

The Environment

We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.

Days start at 8:30. Lunch & dinner are together. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well.

The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
