Experience Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium school is mandatory.
Candidates must have practical experience teaching students in an English Medium school.
Candidates with experience in a reputed English Version school may also be considered for relevant positions.
Prior experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, teaching materials, and other academic resources.
Conduct class tests, assessments, examinations, and evaluate students’ academic progress.
Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a disciplined, respectful, and positive learning environment.
Monitor students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback and necessary academic support.
Identify individual learning needs and apply appropriate teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and students’ progress.
Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding students’ academic development when required.
Participate in teachers’ meetings, training sessions, workshops, school events, and co-curricular activities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and academic coordinators to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
Follow the school’s academic policies, rules, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching quality and overall academic performance.
Perform any other academic duties assigned by the school authority.
