Experience:
1-3 year Experience in related field
Required Skills
Skill on preparing IQ, OQ, PQ Documents.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic/mechanical systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Ability to read technical manuals and specifications.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong willingness to learn new laboratory instruments and technologies.
Install, commission, and configure laboratory and scientific instruments at customer sites.
Perform equipment testing and ensure proper operation after installation.
Provide after-sales service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, electronic, and software-related problems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
Provide technical support to customers by phone, online, and through site visits.
Demonstrate equipment operation and provide basic training to customers and laboratory staff.
Read and understand equipment manuals, technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and installation procedures.
Prepare installation, service, maintenance, and inspection reports.
Maintain proper records of service calls, spare parts, and replaced components.
Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding technical issues, spare parts, and warranty matters.
Assist in calibration, performance verification, and validation of equipment where applicable.
Ensure proper handling, installation, and safe operation of instruments.
Travel to customer locations for installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and servicing.
Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.
Assist the sales/commercial team with technical information, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support.
Perform other technical duties assigned by management.
