Engineer, Mechanical

Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and production machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize production downtime.

Monitor the condition and performance of critical plant equipment and recommend corrective actions

Assist in the installation, commissioning, alignment, and modification of new and existing machinery.

Support spare-parts planning, inventory management and procurement for mechanical maintenance.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement/Kaizen activities.

Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency, energy consumption, reliability, and maintenance costs.

Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities while minimizing disruption to production.

Participate in emergency breakdown support and, where required, shift or on-call maintenance activities.
