Job Description:

As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, advanced skills in using various email marketing tools, and a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and effective campaigns.
• Create compelling and personalized email content that resonates with the target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• A/B test email campaigns to continuously enhance performance.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.
• Utilize advanced email marketing tools to automate and enhance campaign efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in email marketing with a focus on lead generation.
• Previous experience in SEO and Sales funnel automation with email and SMS marketing will be an advantage.
• Advanced-level skills in using various email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaign, etc.).
• Experience with Zoho CRM and email marketing tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.

Salary & other benefits:

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Yearly 2 festive bonuses.

Annual paid and sick leave.

5 working days a week.

Office Timing: 8 AM – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)

Office Location: Panthapath, dhaka.
