Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Guide students on suitable universities, programs, admissions & visa procedures.
- Assist with SOP, CV, academic and financial documentation.
- Manage student communication, follow-ups and applications through Call, WhatsApp & CRM.
- Coordinate with universities and partner institutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months–1 year of hands-on student counseling experience — mandatory.
- Knowledge of university admissions, compliance & visa procedures.
- Strong English communication, counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a KPI/target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
