Education Consultant (Study Abroad)

We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused, and career-driven Education Consultants to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding students throughout their international education journey from career counseling and university selection to admission processing and visa application support.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations abroad.

• Provide professional counseling to students and guardians regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Australia, Canada and Europe.

• Assess students` academic profiles, career goals, financial capacity, and English language proficiency to recommend suitable universities and programs.

• Deliver accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, application deadlines, and visa procedures.

• Manage the complete student application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.

• Maintain regular communication with partner universities, admission officers, and students regarding application progress.

• Provide guidance throughout the student visa process, including document preparation and interview support where applicable.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.

• Conduct follow-up activities through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM to maximize student conversion.

• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems on a regular basis.

• Achieve monthly counseling, application, and enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

• Stay updated on international education trends, immigration policies, scholarship opportunities, and university admission regulations.
