GLOSSY GLOW is looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Operations Manager to manage and improve our day-to-day online business operations.
The selected candidate will oversee the complete operational flow from order placement to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between the E-commerce, Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service and Delivery teams.
Manage daily e-commerce operations and ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor orders from placement to successful delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, customer service and delivery teams.
Monitor product availability, inventory and stock updates.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing and availability on the website.
Manage order confirmation, cancellation, return and exchange processes.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
Track pending, failed, cancelled and returned orders.
Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
Prepare regular reports on orders, sales, delivery and operational KPIs.
Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
Improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain proper SOPs and ensure the team follows operational processes.
2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Online Business, Retail Operations or related fields.
Strong understanding of e-commerce order processing and fulfillment.
Experience in inventory and delivery coordination.
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
