E-Commerce Manager (Operations)

Job Context

Prodhan.com, a sister concern of Biddabari, is rapidly expanding its e-commerce presence across Beauty & Personal Care, Imported/Foreign Products, Fashion, Food & FMCG, and Gadgets/Consumer Electronics. We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to lead end-to-end e-commerce operations and drive marketplace and D2C growth in a fast-paced online retail environment.

The role focuses on order processing, B2B relationship building, and wholesale management. The ideal candidate will work closely with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs), 3PL/logistics partners, and internal merchandising teams to ensure product quality, authenticity, and customer trust across all categories.

Job Responsibilities

• Marketplace & D2C Growth Strategy: Plan and execute category development and sales strategies across all product lines on marketplaces and D2C channels to achieve GMV and margin targets.

• Order & Logistics Management: Ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery in coordination with logistics partners.

• B2B & Wholesale Expansion: Build and maintain B2B relationships, negotiate partnerships, and expand the wholesale client base to grow revenue.

• Pricing & Supplier Management: Oversee retail and wholesale pricing strategies, bulk order handling, and supplier relations.

• Listing & Portfolio Operations: Manage SKU listings, product description and spec accuracy, variant setup (shade/size/pack; model/color/storage), price-parity monitoring, inventory sync (including expiry/batch tracking for food items), and returns.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute key sales campaigns (11.11, 12.12, New Year, Eid Specials, Flash Deals, Tech Fairs) with bundle offers, discount pricing, and platform voucher co-funding.

• Platform Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with marketplace KAMs to secure top banner placements, brand day sponsorships, and flash deal slots.

• Quality, Warranty & After-Sales: Establish processes for product authenticity verification (especially imported goods and gadgets), warranty claims, technical support, quality complaints, return validation, and replacement/refund fulfillment.

• Digital Merchandising & Conversion Optimization: Improve product detail pages (PDPs) with rich media (videos, ingredient/origin highlights, usage guides, 360° views, unboxing videos), and optimize search ranking and keyword strategy.

• 3PL & Last-Mile Delivery: Manage courier partners for handling fragile, temperature-sensitive, customs-cleared, and high-value electronic goods, while keeping return-to-origin (RTO) rates low.

• Performance Analytics: Track and improve key metrics: Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), SKU Velocity, Return/Damage Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Inventory Turnover.
