Platform Account Management: Manage relations with Key Account Managers (KAMs) across major marketplaces to secure top-tier banner positioning, brand day sponsorships, and category flash deal slots.

Warranty, RMA & After-Sales Alignment: Establish seamless operational processes for gadget warranty claims, technical support queries, return validations, and replacement fulfillment to safeguard brand trust.

Digital Merchandising & Conversion Optimization: Enhance product detail pages (PDPs) with rich tech media (360 view, unboxing video embeds, feature highlights), optimize search rankings, and manage keyword strategy on marketplace search engines.

3PL Logistics & Express Delivery: Oversee last-mile delivery protocols with courier partners specialized in handling high-value, fragile electronic goods safely with low return-to-origin (RTO) rates.

Performance Analytics: Track and optimize key e-commerce metrics: Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), SKU Velocity, Return/Damage Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Inventory Turnover.
