E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Manage the overall day-to-day operation of the LogicGo e-commerce platform.

Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant digital channels.

Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.

Create and manage content calendars, campaigns and promotional activities.

Develop product-focused content including posts, reels, short videos, product descriptions and promotional materials.

Plan and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on sales, conversion, ROAS, CPA and other relevant KPIs.

Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional campaigns.

Work with the product/business team to identify products with strong online sales potential.

Improve product presentation, website content, customer journey and conversion performance.

Monitor competitors, market trends, customer behavior and digital marketing trends.

Use AI tools effectively for content creation, research, campaign planning and marketing productivity.

Track e-commerce sales, traffic, leads, conversion and marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

Initially work as a hands-on individual contributor and gradually build, manage and supervise a digital/e-commerce team as the business grows.

Coordinate with designers, content creators, video editors, customer support and other team members when required.
