Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural elements of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Develop structural drawings including foundation plans, framing layouts, slab details, reinforcement detailing, and sections.
Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, Revit/BIM tools.
Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings reflect design requirements and project specifications.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other construction documentation.
Update and revise drawings based on design changes, redlines, and site instructions.
Maintain and organize drawing sets and ensure proper version control.
Support BIM model development where applicable.
Assist in extracting quantities and details from drawings/models for estimation and BOQ preparation.
Participate in design coordination meetings and assist in resolving drawing-related discrepancies.
Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and drawing accuracy.
Perform other drafting and technical duties assigned by management.
