Join Armani Properties Ltd. Armani Properties Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Diploma Architect to support our architectural design, drafting, and construction supervision activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about transforming design concepts into practical, buildable solutions while ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Job Location: Dhaka (with regular project site visits) Workplace: Office & Project Sites Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and other relevant design software.
✔ Assist Senior Architects in concept development, design coordination, and project documentation.
✔ Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and shop drawings.
✔ Revise and update architectural drawings based on project requirements, client feedback, and site conditions.
✔ Conduct regular project site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure architectural designs are implemented accurately.
✔ Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
✔ Prepare quantity take-offs, material schedules, and architectural specifications when required.
✔ Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and project records in accordance with company standards.
✔ Assist in preparing project presentations, brochures, 3D views, and client presentation materials.
✔ Ensure all drawings comply with approved designs, company standards, BNBC, and relevant regulatory requirements.
✔ Support the Design & Planning Team in project execution, quality control, and timely project delivery.
✔ Stay updated with modern architectural drafting practices, construction methods, and design technologies.
✔ Perform any other architectural or technical responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
Diploma, Diploma in Architecture
Experience
✔ 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting, design support, or construction projects .
✔ Fresh graduates with excellent AutoCAD skills and a strong architectural portfolio are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills & Competencies
✔ Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing architectural and construction drawings.
✔ Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit , or other architectural visualization software will be considered an added advantage.
✔ Strong understanding of architectural working drawings, construction detailing, and drafting standards.
✔ Ability to conduct site measurements and prepare accurate as-built drawings .
✔ Basic knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and site coordination.
✔ Good understanding of BNBC , architectural standards, and construction documentation will be preferred.
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple assignments, work under tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
✔ Willingness to travel regularly to project sites for inspections, measurements, and coordination.
✔ Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn new technologies and construction practices.
✔ Experience in a real estate, architectural consultancy, or property development company will be considered an advantage.
