The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement with potential land buyers and investors. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company’s land sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling campaigns that effectively target land buyers and investors.
• Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Copywriting.
• Build engaging email newsletters, property feature graphics, and video walkthroughs.
• Oversee and manage the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising.
• Design and execute paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Optimize website content to rank for high-intent real estate keywords.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and real estate market fluctuations.
• Develop content strategies for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and real estate promotional materials.
• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive land sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Track and measure campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for a better ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns to maximize lead generation.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor brand positioning and adjust strategies to maintain a strong, consistent presence across all platforms.
