1+ year of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong experience with Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
Meta Andromeda / Advantage+ experience is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Landing page creation and optimization is a MUST — must be capable of creating conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and conversion tracking is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and video editing is an advantage.
Strong analytical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Aesthetic Eurasia Ltd. is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize and analyze digital marketing campaigns for our brand and international clients. We especially value strong hands-on Meta Ads experience, knowledge of the Meta Andromeda system, and practical use of Al-powered marketing tools.
Office Hours: 2:00 PM-11:00 PM
Weekly Holidays: Saturday & Sunday (Subject to company/project conditions)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for company and international client campaigns.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.
Apply Meta Andromeda best practices for campaign structure, creative testing, audience targeting and optimization.
Manage social media content, scheduling, engagement and audience growth.
Conduct SEO/SEM research and optimization.
Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, email and social media.
Create, customize and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Use Al tools for content creation, research, campaign optimization, automation and marketing workflows.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite and Sales Navigator.
Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, sales and other teams.
Research audiences, trends, Al tools and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, leads and conversions.
