Experience:

2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience in video content creation and editing for social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkdin, and YouTube.
Practical experience with SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, backlink strategies, and Google Search Console/Analytic.
Experience in website development and management, preferably with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting will be an advantage.
Experience creating marketing posters, banners, social media creatives, and promotional content using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns based on business goals and target audiences.
Experience with Google Ads will be an added advantage.
Ability to monitor and analyze marketing performance using Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Experience in content planning, social media management, and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
Ability to research competitors, identify market trends, and suggest new digital marketing strategies.
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
Candidate should be able to independently plan, create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
