Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

15 to 25 years

Additional Requirements

Age 34 to 55 years

Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory management, and distribution channels.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
Sound knowledge of market development and customer relationship management (CRM).

Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose

The DGM/AGM –Marketing & Sales (Spare Parts) will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve spare parts revenue targets, expanding dealer and distribution networks, ensuring parts availability, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual sales plans and strategies for spare parts business.
Achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and market share objectives.
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail sales networks.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure parts availability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Ensure effective implementation of sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Strengthen customer relationships and resolve key customer issues.
Coordinate with service, warehouse, and procurement departments for smooth business operations.
Any other assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.
