The DGM, Electrical -Production, Packaging & Maintenance should be manage Production, Packaging & Maintenance of this organization. The ideal candidate must have expertise in electrical works of Production, Packaging & Maintenance in Cement & Fertilizer

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Production: Ensure smooth production with packaging schedule with minimum management.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor electrical engineers and technicians.

• Machine Control: Maintain and fix packing plant tools, such as rotary packers, auto-packing belts, transformers, and smart control panels.

• Automation Upgrades: Update and program PLCs to make packing operations faster and safer.

• Preventive Maintenance: Create plans to check and fix machines before they break, which stops costly delays.

• Safety & Rules: Make sure the plant follows all safety guidelines.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motor drives, and industrial electrical systems.

• Management Skills: Good budget management, inventory tracking, and problem-solving
