Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with integrity.
Deputy Manager /Manager: 8–12 years` relevant experience, preferably with 3–5 years in a managerial role in RMG.
Experience in large-scale knit/composite RMG factories and international buyer compliance will be preferred.

Lead day-to-day Factory HR, Admin & Compliance operations and provide effective HR services to employees and management.
Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, turnover, separation and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act/Rules, statutory requirements and company policies.
Monitor working hours, overtime, weekly holidays, leave and wage-related compliance and ensure accurate records.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, counselling, investigations, and industrial relations issues professionally.
Maintain effective communication with workers and support a positive and productive workplace environment.
Lead preparation for Social/Customer Compliance Audits such as SMETA/SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, Better Work, ICS and buyer-specific requirements, as applicable.
Develop corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Supervise factory administration including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, welfare facilities, gate control, and employee services.
Coordinate worker welfare programs, grievance mechanisms, committees, awareness sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with Safety/EHS and other departments on workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance matters.
Prepare and present monthly HR, Admin & Compliance reports, HR analytics, and risk updates to management.
Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and a culture of compliance, discipline, and accountability.
