Ensure timely recruitment

• Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes of the assigned sectors/ units based on short- and long-term hiring needs
• Review staff requisitions and job descriptions to ensure alignment with hiring needs, and publish job advertisements across appropriate platforms to attract the right talent.
• Source candidates through diverse search methods, building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining a CV bank for future hiring needs.
• Design recruitment plans and execute the hiring process within the defined lead time, ensuring timely acquisition of required talent.
• Ensure the reference checks and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Build candidate relationships and act as a point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and implement best practices to strengthen processes.

Ensure effective staff joining and onboarding

• Prepare documentation and onboarding materials to ensure smooth staff joining formalities.
• Conduct effective joining formalities & onboarding sessions with service excellence, providing new joiners a positive and engaging experience.

Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports

• Update recruitment trackers and reports on a daily/weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to support effective hiring decisions.
• Update new joiner information in the prescribed format and ensure recruitment trackers and staff joining databases are maintained regularly with 100% accuracy.

Ensure proper documentation, archiving and compliance

• Prepare and complete recruitment documents and joining formalities in line with SOPs, ensuring full compliance and accuracy in documentation.
• Ensure all recruitment files and personal files documents are checked, maintained/archived in an organized manner
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation standards, and recruitment‑related audit requirements.
• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
