Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) systems and procedures throughout the production process.
Lead the QA team, ensuring effective manpower planning, work allocation, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with customer quality standards, specifications, workmanship requirements, and approved samples.
Review and analyze quality reports, defect trends, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), rejection, rework, and alteration data.
Participate in pre-production, pilot run, inline, end-line, and final inspection activities.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA records, reports, inspection checklists, and quality standards.
